What to expect

The detail behind each visit — the things people usually ask about.

You don't need to be home.: Most customers aren't. We just need access to the garden — an unlocked side gate, or a gate code you give us.
You pick the day.: Saturday or Sunday. Weekly customers get the same day every week, so you know when we're coming.
We come in all weather.: Rain, cold, dark. The only exception is deep snow or frozen ground, when we'll come as soon as it clears.
Your dogs can stay in the garden.: We're happy to work around them, as long as they're comfortable with strangers. If they seem anxious or aggressive, we'll knock on your door and ask you to take them indoors. If no one's in, we'll leave the clean for that day and text you to rearrange.
Minimal fuss.: We aim to do the clean with as little intrusion into your day as possible. We work quietly and efficiently, and close the gate behind us.
We disinfect boots and tools between every garden.: This stops parvovirus, giardia and worms travelling between properties. It matters, and not everyone does it.
Everything is taken away.: We're a registered waste carrier and dispose of it legally. Nothing goes in your bin.
If we can't get in,: we'll text you and come back at the next opportunity. You won't be charged for a visit we couldn't make.
Book and pay online.: Payments are handled securely by Stripe — we never see your card details. Weekly customers are charged each week and can cancel any time by emailing us. If we can't make a visit, you won't be charged for it.
